WALLCO LLC is the business entity of Chad Wallace, a licensed Texas commercial real estate broker (TX License No. 707533) based in Austin. Chad is Vice President and Associate Broker with NAI Excel, a commercial real estate brokerage with offices in Texas, Utah, and Nevada and part of the NAI Global network of 325+ offices worldwide.

All brokerage services are performed by Chad under the NAI Excel license. WALLCO LLC is the entity through which he operates his practice, manages client communications, and receives compensation for those services. It does not hold a brokerage license and does not act as a brokerage.

Services include tenant representation, landlord representation, investment sales, site selection, sale-leasebacks, and 1031 exchanges across retail, restaurant, medical, office, and industrial property in Central Texas.
